Shipping is within the continuous 48 US states only, all other shipping please contact lonnasartdesign@gmail.com for shipping rates

Due to copyright of patterns packets & DVD’s they are not returnable.  If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us at 417-848-5507 or email at lonnasstrokeofart@gmail.com 

We will do out best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

When we are at our busiest with special sales we may get slowed down by orders but be assured all orders are dealt with on a first come first serve basis and orders will get out as quickly as possible.

We do not have control over the postal service so please allow adequate time for item to arrive.  Please let your carrier know if you item is received damaged so claims can be filed.  They must know fairly quickly because of time allowances for filing a claim.
